Our Beginnings

Collaborative Alliance, Inc. was co-founded in 2006 by Amy Jensen Wolff, CDFA®, CFP®, and Ron Ousky, JD as an executive suite that was known for laughter in the hallways and breakthrough experiences in the meeting rooms.  During the 19 years that we have been around, we have sought to build a community of professionals that values remarkable experiences; both in the work we do and the connections we make.

Newly rebranded as The Colab Suites located at the award-winning Centennial Lakes Office Park, we are excited to continue this tradition.

Meet The Colab Team

  • Amy Wolff, Owner

    Original Co-Founder, handles growth strategy, strategic direction and supporting the team as needed.

  • Kari McGuire, General Manager

    Oversees sales and marketing, handles vendor relationships, trouble shoots challenges.

  • Lainie Donelon, Office Manager & Concierge

    Handles the day-to-day operations and is your first point of contact at The CoLab, ensuring smooth functioning of the suite.

  • Ron Ousky, Advisor

    Original Co-Founder, now in an advisory role, as well as our in-house innovator and social strategist.
